His father is a chinese from Hong Kong while his mother is a Belgian. He started his
professional career as a BMX rider in 2000 and won the Belgian national under-13 championship a year later. In 2003, he was placed 3rd in the European U-16 championship. He started to represent Hong Kong in 2003 and has since won 4 consecutive Asian titles.
